Services
This category supports children experiencing bowel or bladder dysfunctions that may affect their confidence, comfort, and participation in daily activities. At Pelvic Reset Therapy, we understand how sensitive these issues can be - for both kids and parents - and we provide compassionate, age-appropriate care to help children feel better in their bodies.
Pediatric Constipation
Chronic constipation in children isn’t just uncomfortable - it can affect mood, appetite, and even self-esteem. This may look like infrequent bowel movements, hard stools, or pain during toileting. At Pelvic Reset, we help kids retrain their bowel habits using gentle pelvic floor exercises, relaxation strategies, and family education.
Bedwetting (Enuresis)
Bedwetting is common, but when it persists beyond the expected age, it can be distressing for both the child and their caregivers. Whether due to delayed bladder signaling, overactive muscles, or pelvic floor coordination issues, we use a kid-friendly approach to strengthen muscle control and improve awareness.
Daytime Urinary Incontinence
If a child regularly leaks urine while awake, it may be more than just a “small bladder.” Pelvic floor dysfunction or incomplete bladder emptying can be contributing factors. We assess how their body is functioning and help them regain confidence and control - without shame or blame.
Encopresis (Stool Accidents)
When a child has regular stool accidents, even after being toilet trained, it can be incredibly frustrating and isolating. Often, this is due to chronic constipation and overflow leakage. Our therapy focuses on resolving the root cause, improving bowel function, and empowering the child.
Delayed Toilet Training
Some children need more time or support to learn bathroom skills. Whether due to sensory, motor, or developmental factors, we provide step-by-step guidance to help your child (and you) through the toilet learning process with patience and positive reinforcement.
Overactive Bladder
Frequent, urgent trips to the bathroom or accidents may point to an overactive bladder. We help children learn to calm their bladder signals and train their pelvic muscles through simple, effective exercises and lifestyle changes.
